Our Openings

EduConnect is a Morocco-based recruitment partner specialising in placements within reputable international schools. We work closely with schools offering British, American, IB, and other international curricula, supporting both teaching and leadership appointments. Our approach is personalised, discreet, and focused on long-term fit — not volume recruitment. We take the time to understand each educator’s experience, strengths, and career goals, and match them with schools where they can thrive professionally and culturally. Throughout the process, we provide clear communication, structured guidance, and ongoing support to ensure a smooth and rewarding transition.
